General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Statement<\/span><\/h3>\n

On 25 May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came in to force. Historically if you had participated in any activity, other than the weekly rides program, I would request and store certain personal details. In addition to your own date of birth, address and contact number, these records included ‘next of kin name and contact number’, your ‘General Practitioner name, surgery address and surgery contact number’ also ‘any medication being taken’. On 31 May 2018 I shredded and disposed of all these paper copies.<\/p>\n

I do not have or require your personal bank details as all bank transactions are ‘incoming’ to my business account. I do not have or retain your bank details.<\/p>\n

As a means of ‘day to day’ communication, necessary for a two way dialogue were updating you and you subsequently responding to my updates, I do have client phone numbers. These are stored on my phone and iCloud back-up, I do not retain paper copies.
